These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Snapshot application (the “App”), provided by Snapshot (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using the App on your Shopify store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
The App is designed to [describe core function briefly, e.g. “optimize product recommendations,” “automate upsell offers,” etc.]. You must have an active Shopify store to use the App. We are not affiliated with Shopify Inc.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of a Shopify store to use this App. You represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
By installing the App, you authorize us to access certain data from your Shopify account as required to provide our services. We will handle your data according to our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your store data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
Unless otherwise stated, the App may offer a free trial, followed by a paid subscription via the Shopify billing system. Fees are clearly listed in the App listing or inside the App itself.
All charges are processed through Shopify and are subject to their billing terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access.

You may uninstall the App at any time through your Shopify admin. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
